Rose 'Madame Isaac Pereire', Rosa × borboniana 'Mme Isaac Pereire', Climbing Bourbon Roses
Rich with a powerful fragrance, Rosa ‘Madame Isaac Pereire’ is a robust medium-sized shrub with ravishing, double, cup-shaped, deep raspberry-purple flowers, up to 6 in. wide (15 cm). The very large blossoms are packed with 55 petals that are gracefully back-turning. Introduced in 1881, this heirloom rose blooms in flushes from midsummer to early fall. It forms a vigorous shrub of open, arching habit with large, thick, deep green foliage. Can also be trained as a short climber.
