Picea pungens ‘Mrs. Cesarini’ (Blue Spruce) is a dwarf, evergreen conifer of globose habit with shiny, bright green foliage and profuse pale green buds at the branch tips. Slow-growing (1-6 in. or 2-15 cm per year), it forms a densely branched, flat mound of unique texture and pretty color contrast. Perfect as a focal point in a sunny border or rock garden. A great choice for small gardens too!
