When in flower, this plant is a sea of blue. Crater Lake Blue is regarded as one of the best cultivars for filling in a sunny area in the front of the garden. The foliage of toothed, oblong, bright-green leaves looks good all season. A very versatile plant for rock gardens or border fronts.
