Centaurea dealbata (Persian Cornflower) is a clump-forming perennial boasting lilac-pink flowers in early to mid-summer. Attracting bees, butterflies, and other admirers, the blossoms are carried on upright stems above a bushy clump of narrowly oval, lobed, gray-green leaves.
